When you are looking to hire a repetitive cleaning service you want to make sure that your home or office is being taken care of in a courteous and responsible way consistently month after month. Below are a few FAQs we get that will help you determine if we are the right fit for you.

1. What does a first cleaning visit look like?

First cleaning – During the first cleaning, instructions have been discussed in advance of the specific details of your cleaning. All the notes and your customized checklist is attached to the job which is scheduled on our Cleaner’s Application on their mobile phones. Depending on the situation, one of our WRCS Scheduling Managers may be available to inspect the job once it is complete. Most cleanings can be done in 2-5 hours.

2. Do I get the same Cleaner each time?

If that same Cleaner is available, then yes, if that is what you want. Our philosophy is to provide the same cleaner, same day and same time each time your particular job is scheduled whether that is weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed. Our customer’s control their cleaning. Our customer determines when the Job is to start and/or when it has to be complete by and then it is up to our Cleaners to make it happen!

3. Can I trust your cleaners and your company?

All of our Cleaners come referred from our current Cleaners or our Scheduling Managers to ensure they are great Cleaners that you can trust in your home or office. WRCS has it’s roots from over 13 years ago. Our business relies on our reputation so we have to ensure that your Job gets done right

5. Are there other services you offer other than cleaning?

We specialize in recurring Jobs that are Residential, Office and Vacation Rental Cleaning. We also provide one-time Deep Cleaning, Move In-Move Out Cleaning and some limited Construction Cleaning. We do NOT clean exterior windows (just sliding doors in a lanai), specialized carpet cleaning, tile floor, grout cleaning/stripping vinyl floors, pressure washing, roof cleaning, etc.

6. Are you fully insured?

All of the staff and Independent Contractors at WRCS are insured (United States Liability Insurance Group CL 1749788B) and Licensed (Lee County Business License for WRCS # 0702822 plus all the Cleaners have their own Janitorial business licenses as well)
