Supplies and Equipment
For recurring customers, we use your products. This keeps prices low and ensures we only use products the customer wants us to. If you want natural/green you can supply us with Green products. All our cleaners have their own mops, dusters, buckets, vacuums, and extra cleaning products, just in case, but customers often request that we use their vacuum. We have a product fee for a Deep Clean and Move In/Move Out cleanings when products aren’t supplied.

WRCS specializes in scheduling house cleaners for your tough jobs/projects. Whether your projects last a few hours or if they recur every week, every other week or monthly. Our job is to match you up with one of our highly experienced Cleaners and ensure all your instructions are clearly presented to your Cleaner. We always welcome your feedback. Our scheduling managers Angela & Delia are essential in the process of organizing, scheduling and communicating between our customers and your Cleaner.
Payment
We accept check at the time of the cleaning, automatic bill pay from your bank or credit card payments online or over the phone. To minimize our expenses, we ask that recurring jobs try not to use credit cards.
